The Guinea Conakry community in Nigeria have solicited that president Muhammadu Buhari and other African leader to help them stop their 81-Year-Old President from 3rd term bid
Alpha Conde who is first democratically elected president of Guinea came to power first in 2010 and was reelected in 2015
President Conde have announced his intension to come for a third term and the citizens have seem not to be okay with his declaration
After a peaceful precession in Abuja, the leader of the guinea conakry community in Mohammed Bah said;
We are calling on the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), African Union (AU), United Nations (UN) and other African leaders to prevail on Conde to hand over governance.
He quoted that Guineans were being killed daily by security agents allegedly recruited by President Konde to gun down anybody that stages a protest against him,
Mr. Bah added; “We cannot protest in our country because of fear of being killed or maimed by security officers who have been paid by the President.
Things are very bad in Guinea and we don’t want war just like it happened to our neighbouring countries Sierra Leone and Liberia so we are calling on the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari and other African leaders to put hands together before the country burn down.
