Petr Cech Signs For Ice Hockey Club Guildford Phoenix Debuts on Sunday.

After living the shores of football, formal Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech signs for Ice Hockey Club Guildford Phoenix.

The ex- Czech Republic international goalkeeper is expected to make his debut on Sunday for newly signed ice hockey club, Guildford Phoenix.

Speaking with Guildford Phoenix head coach in an interview, Andy Hemmings expressed excitement over the new signing and experience Cech could offer Guildford Phoenix. He described it as a ”massive signing“.

Petr Cech retired from professional football last season with Arsenal after losing his last career match to formal club Chelsea in the Europa League Finals.

Cech said is he delighted and hope to help the team achieve its goals and win as many games as possible when he gets to play.

Meanwhile, earlier this year the formal Chelsea goal keeper was appointed as the technical and performance advisor under the reign of formal team mate Frank Lampard at Stamford Bridge.
